Return Period

You may request a refund for your 3D modeling course enrollment within 14 days of your purchase date. This period allows you sufficient time to review course content and determine if the program meets your learning objectives. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be processed unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request through our contact form or email within the 14-day return window. The course content should not have been extensively accessed or downloaded beyond initial exploration. If more than 30% of course materials have been viewed or downloaded, we reserve the right to decline the refund request or offer a partial refund based on course usage.

Return Shipping Costs

Since our 3D modeling courses are delivered digitally through online access, there are no physical products to return and no shipping costs involved. All course materials, including video tutorials and downloadable resources, are provided electronically through our learning platform.

Return Process

We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with approval or additional information needed. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

Non-Refundable Items

Course access codes that have been activated and used for more than 30% of content are generally non-refundable. Additionally, any promotional bundles or discounted course packages are subject to their specific terms and may have different refund policies. Customized or personalized course modifications are non-refundable once implementation has begun.

Legal Requirements and General Provisions

This return policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. In jurisdictions where mandatory return periods exceed our stated policy, we will honor the longer period as required by law.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your course enrollment before accessing any course materials without penalty. Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of enrollment will receive a full refund automatically. After this period, standard return policy terms apply. Cancelled enrollments will have their access revoked upon confirmation of cancellation.

Refund Procedure

Upon approval of your refund request, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will exclude any processing fees that may have been charged by third-party payment processors. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the credit in your account.
